Det er min erfaring, at selve konfirmationsdagen er ret stressende og at tidsplanen altid er ret snæver. Derfor bestemte jeg for et par år siden, at jeg ikke længere fotografere de skønne konfirmander denne dag.
I stedet reserverer vi to dage i kalenderen - enten før eller efter konfirmationen - hvor vi med garanti kan få dejligt vejr og fotografere i solnedgangen. Vi udvælger to forskellige lokationer, hvis dette ønskes - og der er også tid til at fotografere i Blå Mandagstøjet. Konfirmanden og forældre er afslappede og vi får en god oplevelse ud af det også.
I tilfælde af, at en pige har frisør på, koordinerer vi det således, at vi fotograferer den dag hvor der bliver prøvesat hår.
